“Tehno-ING” Kikinda
Tehno-ING is an independent company located in Kikinda. We offer our clients a broad range of services such as servicing, maintenance and
overhaul of all types of pumps (centrifugal, piston, membrane, dosing pumps), steam turbines, air compressors and other industrial rotational equipment.
Besides rotational equipment, we perform mechanical seals repair, i.e. lapping and polishing of sealing surfaces as well as replacement of
o-ring seals within the mechanical seal assembly.
“Tehno-ING” Kikinda provides 3 types of maintenance:
- After the occurrence of a failure – emergency intervention
- Preventive or scheduled maintenance
- Proactive maintenance - includes regular monitoring of equipment operation and taking corrective actions in case of irregularities.
Laser shaft alignment of drive and driven machinery
In addition to our service offerings, we provide laser shaft alignment services, i.e., shaft misalignment of drive and driven machinery,
where deviations are measured in hundredths of a millimeter. One of the biggest causes of bearing failure and downtime in industrial rotating equipment
is shaft misalignment. A misaligned machine damages bearings, couplings, and shafts, significantly reducing the equipment's service life.
After the alignment is performed, the client receives a complete report on the alignment values. Tehno-ING uses the Optalign Smart RS5 device.
Machine condition assessment according to ISO 2372
We offer the possibility of measuring absolute vibrations before and after the equipment overhaul.
In technical practice, exact criteria have been established for assessing the condition of plants based on measuring absolute vibrations of bearings on the outer surface of the machine (bearing housings or bearing housing supports). Experience in measuring absolute vibrations has been incorporated into the VDI 2056 or ISO 2372 standards.
Machines are divided into several different classes, and standards have been established for the most common systems, categorized into four main groups:
- Group K, which includes small machines and electric motors up to 15 kW
- Group M, which includes medium-sized machines and electric motors from 15 to 75 kW
- Group G, which includes large machines and electric motors over 75 kW
- Group T, which includes turbomachinery
After measuring absolute vibrations, the client receives a complete report on the measurement values.
Mechanical seals repair
Every serious rotating equipment (pump, compressor, etc.) must have a mechanical seal to prevent media loss and to protect the environment and sensitive
components of the equipment.
Repair refers to the machining of sealing faces, polishing of sealing faces, as well as replacing the O-ring seals,
which are an integral part of the mechanical seal.
In addition to repairing mechanical seals, Tehno-ING also performs their installation if necessary.
